Ensure the processing of the company’s financial plan by coordinating various activities with the treasury and the banks, using the tools for the constant monitoring of the company’s liquidity. Draft the balance sheet, elaborate the operations plan defining the budget. Coordinate industrial accounting activities and perform cost checks by submitting the necessary reports.
PURCHASING
Purchase raw materials and manage supplier agreements for production and services. Develop new suppliers to improve costs and quality. Manage all relationships with suppliers.
SUPPLY CHAIN
Ensure the production and quality of our products. Responsible for production planning, warehouse management and product availability to make sure all customers receive products based on their exact requests.
